Hervey Bay Caravans is excited to announce that we are seeking a Workshop Assistant to join our passionate and dedicated team. As a family-owned business with a love for caravans, camping, and delivering exceptional customer service, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
What We Offer:
* A full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with pre-delivery operational checklists.
* Supporting scheduled servicing tasks.
* Assisting with warranty repairs, fault finding, and general maintenance.
* Aftermarket accessory installations on new and second hand caravans.
* Talking with customers to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
About You:
* While experience in the caravan industry is highly regarded, it is not essential.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Mechanical or 12v electrical experience is beneficial but not required.
* Ability to work independently on certain tasks, as well as in a team.
