This role is hands-on, practical, and ideal for someone who values organisation, attention to detail, and is happy to get stuck into project-based tasks.
ASAP start to March 2026 (6 month extension chance past this)
Full time, 35 hours per week with flexibility available on hours. Salary options: $38.40 per hour + super (PAYG) or $38.40 per hour flat rate (ABN). Offices based in Paramatta location.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day records services: filing, sorting, packing, retrieving and scanning.
- Update records and metadata in OpenText Content Manager (TRIM) and other databases to ensure information is correctly stored and discoverable.
- Perform routine purchasing and maintain logs, tracking and basic admin tasks to support records operations.
- Support IM technology upgrades, data clean-up and process improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate handovers and follow established records procedures to support audits and enquiries.

- Experience with electronic records systems, OpenText/Content Manager (TRIM) highly regarded.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks delivered to a high level of accuracy.
- Able to work with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a small team.
- Physically able to handle routine records handling tasks.
Essential experience & skills
- Proven records management or records administration experience, including work with electronic records systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with metadata and recordkeeping.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new record systems.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Support physical records movement to offsite storage
- Driver's licence preferred but not required.
Practical requirements
- Onsite only for the full contract duration.
- Start ASAP and commit through to 21 March 2026.
- Standard pre-employment checks apply (2 references and police check).
