**The Company**
National, Fleet Management/Financial Services business based in the inner Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The company's rapid growth over the last few years has been underpinned by product diversification and competitive service offering to its wide ranging client base across a range of industries needing assistance with salary packaging, employee benefits and novated leasing to name a few.
**The role**
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will become part of a large, high performing Credit/Collections team. You will be responsible for the collection of overdue accounts via outbound collection calls to consumers and merchants, managing a portfolio across Australia and NZ. You will be a vital cog in reducing thye risk of delinquency/credit risk across the fleet portfolio with internal/external stakeholders.
**Duties**
- Outbound consumer collections
- Manage large number of accounts/delinquent accounts
- Establishing payment plans
- Issue repossessions where required of vehicles
- Responding to credit queries
- Issuing late payment/default notices
- Managing and follow up of internal/external accounts queries
- Other ad hoc duties as required by Credit Manager
**Skills & experience**
Local exposure/experience in managing elevated and delinquent debt and default notices would be an advantage. Other skills would include;
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate excel skills (v look ups/pivots)
- Adaptability - ability to alternate customer service delivery
- Proven analytical skills
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work in a team
