We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Operations and Project teams with project administration, WHS compliance and contract coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
About the Role
This is a hands-on coordination role based at our East Arm office suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly by supporting mobilisation, documentation, subcontractor compliance and communication between site and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project administration across demolition, civil and hazardous materials projects
* Support mobilisation including permits, inductions, site access and documentation
* Assist with contract administration, variations, progress claims and subcontractor payments
* Maintain project registers, trackers and document control systems
* Support WHS compliance, including project work packs, registers and audits
* Liaise with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors and clients
About You
You're organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You value compliance, communicate clearly and take pride in producing audit-ready work.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in project coordination or project administration (construction or similar industry)
* Strong understanding of WHS / HSEQ compliance requirements
* Ability to interpret and manage project and contract documentation
* High-level computer skills (Microsoft 365 and document management systems)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Current NT Driver's Licence
Desirable (but not essential)
* Qualifications in Business, Project Management or Construction
* Experience in demolition, civil works or hazardous materials environments
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems
* Experience with MYOB or job costing systems
