Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant (full time) to join our Secondary School team, commencing as soon as possible. The role can be offered as two part-time positions through a job share arrangement. The successful candidate will play an integral role in contributing to the efficient operations of our Secondary School, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while also proactively supporting our teaching staff with hands-on practical tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Coordinate key systems such as stationery supplies, staff learning administration, student services, and photocopying room management.
* Support school events, excursions, and communications.
* Work closely with the PA to the Head of Secondary, teaching staff, and administrative colleagues.

Requirements

* Solid administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Communicate clearly and professionally, with strong interpersonal skills to support a wide range of stakeholders.
* Hands-on and responsive, offering practical support to staff with event coordination, catering, resource preparation, and maintaining shared spaces like the photocopying room.
* Demonstrate initiative and confidence in managing multiple tasks and systems independently.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
* Able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
* Willing to get involved in all aspects of the College's programs and opportunities.
