As a Finance Transformation Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and leading transformation projects across diverse sectors, working closely with CFOs and their teams. You'll partner with finance leaders to design and implement transformational initiatives across Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Finance Operations. What you'll do:
* Craft and execute cutting-edge Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models, including Global Business Services at a senior level.
* Elevate Finance into a Strategic Business Partner by designing and implementing an insight-led advisory function, shaping actionable recommendations that drive business success.
* Lead the deployment of Cloud ERP, EPM, Automation, and AI technologies to foster Process Excellence, enhancing finance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Advance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to provide clients with deep insights into business performance drivers, accelerate decision-making, and uncover growth opportunities.
What we're looking for:
* Extensive experience managing and executing transformation projects within the Finance function, focusing on Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and FP&A).
* Proven leadership in advisory on key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4, OneStream, PowerBI, Workday Adaptive, Oracle).
* Superior analytical abilities and a knack for solving complex business challenges at a senior level.
* Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of project teams and stakeholders.
* A strong interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance.
* An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications such as CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or CIMA will be highly regarded.
