We're looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the leadership team behind one of Australia's fastest-growing DTC activewear brands. Based on the Gold Coast, this role sits at the centre of everything — operations, comms, scheduling, and execution — keeping the engine running while we scale globally.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love bringing order to chaos, and want to be part of a brand that's redefining activewear from the ground up, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and day-to-day scheduling across AU, US, and international time zones.
* Act as the central point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners — keeping communication tight and nothing slipping through the cracks.
* Coordinate project timelines and follow-ups across marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.
* Prepare briefs, reports, meeting agendas, and internal documentation to support strategic decision-making.
* Support operational workflows including liaising with fulfilment, customer service, and ecommerce teams.
* Handle inbox and correspondence management — triaging priorities so leadership stays focused on growth.
* Assist with influencer and affiliate program coordination where needed, supporting the marketing team during peak campaign periods.
About You:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or senior admin support role — ideally in ecommerce, fashion, or a high-growth DTC brand.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
* Strong written and verbal communication — you're the person who makes everything read and sound polished.
* Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, or similar), and comfortable picking up new systems quickly.
* Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing — you see it, you handle it.
* Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to the pace of a brand that's scaling AU, US, and ROW markets simultaneously.
The Perks:
* Competitive, negotiable salary based on experience.
* Flexible, Gold Coast-based hybrid role.
* Be part of a brand that started in a garage and is now shipping globally — your work directly impacts growth.
* KTP product perks (yes, the activewear is as good as the reviews say).
* Opportunity to grow with the brand as it expands into new markets and categories.
How to Apply: If you're ready to bring structure, energy, and precision to a brand that's built on confidence and community — we want to hear from you. Apply now and let's talk.
