Our company seeks an experienced leader to fill the role of Head of Government Contracts and Risk Management. This key leadership position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for managing the Commonwealth Grant Agreement and ensuring robust risk management across the Federation Office.
The Grant Agreement includes services relating to primary evacuations, primary health care, dental services, and mental health services. The successful candidate will have experience in contract management, including compliance monitoring and regular reporting. Ideally, this experience includes working with sub-contractors and government.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communications skills, with the ability to write concise reports and submissions on complex issues. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, be able to form productive relationships with stakeholders, and have a sound understanding of government processes.
About the Role
* Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with the Commonwealth Government and RFDS Sections/Operations
* Managing and monitoring Grant Agreement compliance and performance reporting
* Coordinating all Grant Agreement deliverables across the Federation
* Leading service planning and needs assessment processes
* Developing and implementing robust risk management processes
