Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accommodation Manager. The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to guest accommodation, including booking management, guest services, housekeeping supervision, and ensuring all rooms meet the standards of cleanliness and comfort. The role also involves coordinating with the dining staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in guest services, booking management, and front desk operations
- Working within a restaurant, bar and gaming floor (RSA, RSG certificates)
- Strong organisational and housekeeping supervision skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hospitality and accommodation industry standards
- Relevant qualifications in hotel management or a related field are a plus
- Proficiency in using booking and management software
