About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help take charge of the Byron Bay store. You'll lead your team to deliver strong results, outstanding service, and visually inspiring displays that reflect the brand's creative spirit. Skills And Experience
* Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Fashion Salesperson ready to step up
* Background in fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear retail
* Strong leadership with a focus on team development and results
* Skilled in visual merchandising and stock management
* Committed to delivering an exceptional in‐store experience
