Macquarie is going through large transformation program to reinvent authentication management in the organization. This is a strategic role which will be providing thought leadership, working with business and technology stakeholders to drive the transformation. You will develop the vision and roadmap of authentication and be responsible for the execution to provide the balance of user experience and security practice.
As IAM - Authentication Service owner, you will own the end-to-end management of authentication service and be responsible for providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team of solution architects, engineers, and project managers as they deliver technology solutions.
**Your responsibilities in this role include**:
- Own the end-to-end delivery and life cycle of MGL authentication platform
- Lead the execution of authentication transformation program
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders and executives to ensure the vision is aligned and technology investment is realized
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the operational process and enhance the technology stack
- Develop relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Identity and Access Management
- Build technical expertise within the team and mentor junior members
**Ideally, you will have**
- 5+ years working experience in Identity and Access Management (SSO, Federation, Multi-Factor) to make critical operational and strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of SSO technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, KERBEROS)
- Expertise in Ping Identity solutions is desirable
- 3+ years responsible experience in the design, implementation and management of Information Security services
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present, manage conflicts and interact at Senior Executive levels and resolve critical and sensitive issues with customers
- Demonstrated ability to meet objectives, deliver quality results in a high-performance environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate with customers, stakeholders, team members and management in a cross functional matrix organization
- Excellent track record managing complex projects and influencing others, in a diversified and international matrix organization
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a respected member of a management team and effectively communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical management and staff, including executive management
- Experience with managing a blend of junior and senior team members
