The role (Maternity Cover): As part of the account leadership team, this maternity cover role plays a pivotal part in leading a team of workplace professionals supporting the second-largest portfolio globally. This role focuses on ensuring seamless customer experiences. While this is a fixed-term contract, there's plenty of opportunity for the right candidate to explore longer-term prospects within the business based on performance. At a high level, this role: Provides direction to a large team delivering exceptional workplace experiences at a high standard; Manages an operating budget and makes recommendations on annual budgets; Ensures consistent delivery of initiatives delivered globally but deployed locally; Drives outcomes from third-party vendors whilst also ensuring their compliance; Holds key stakeholder relationships as the global workplace SME for the region; Is fully accountable to all service lines within their region including Facility Management, Project Management, Transaction Management and Occupancy Management; and Is fully accountable for all Health & Safety requirements on their site, championing appropriate standards for safety at all times. This role is measured by the success of HSE standards, customer feedback results, workplace experience requirements and budget management. About you: Exceptional communication skills relevant to senior stakeholders and end customers Experience in budget managing & contract management Excellent people management skills with track record in creating a positive team culture High level time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in supporting the delivery of a suite of services including FM, PJM, TM & OM Resilience, flexibility and agility is a must in a fast-paced environment.
