Disability Support Worker - MALE
* Rapid Creek, NT
* Part-Time / Casual – 39.5 hours per week
Assigned Guardian Angels is seeking experienced and compassionate MALE Disability Support Workers to support a male participant.
The participant requires daily structured support both in the home and community to work towards his individual goals.

About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to assist the participant with daily activities, community participation, and goal progression in line with his support plan.
Supports will take place in the participant's home and in the community.
Current Shift Schedule (39.5 hours per week)
Monday – Wednesday
2:30pm – 7:00pm (4.5 hours per day)
Thursday – Saturday
12:00pm – 7:00pm (7 hours per day)
Sunday
2:00pm – 7:00pm (5 hours)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily living support and assistance
* Support community participation and social engagement
* Assist with routines, appointments, and activities
* Encourage independence and skill development
* Maintain professional documentation and communication
* Follow participant support plans and safety protocols
Essential Requirements
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or brain injury (TBI preferred)
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Disability / Community Services (or working towards)
* Valid First Aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication and reliability
