Job Description
This role is focused on the support, improvement and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions across the business. It blends technical business analysis with strong hands-on skills and real-life experience.
You will help teams by running huddles, monitoring project progress, gathering requirements, shaping practical solutions and keeping delivery moving with clear ownership and accountability.
* Platform ownership & support
* Act as the go-to for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, triage and resolve L2 / L3 issues, maintain SLAs, and manage problem/incident follow-ups.
* Maintain environments, data quality and configuration, and uphold best practices for managed/unmanaged solutions and ALM.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 3-5 years in Dynamics 365 projects (Technical BA / Functional Consultant / Tech-leaning BA) delivering enhancements and support.
* Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, Dataverse, solution lifecycle management, and best practices for managed/unmanaged solutions.
* Experience across the Power Platform (Power Apps, model-driven & canvas, Power Automate).
* Comfortable building entity models and translating requirements into functional & technical designs.
* Test plans/cases, coordinating UAT, and managing defects.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and within a squad.
* Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and quickly learn new processes/technologies.
* High level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
