Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, you will assist with the day‐to‐day running of the residential portfolio. This diverse and fast‐paced role includes:
* Handling and addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
* Conducting open homes
* Performing ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Preparing properties for online advertising
* Preparing leases and lease packs
* Managing lease sign‐ups
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Ad‐hoc administration duties
Qualifications
* Preferable previous Real Estate leasing experience
* Current Certificate of Registration
* Availability to work Saturdays with a day off in lieu
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
