About the Position: Our client is seeking a capable and driven Family Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-admission experience. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of a diverse caseload while stepping confidently toward a Senior Associate or leadership position. You will manage a variety of complex and rewarding matters involving: Property divisions and financial agreements Parenting arrangements and relocation matters Divorce and de facto separations Spousal maintenance and support applications Same-sex and blended family issues You’ll work closely with senior practitioners who will actively support your development through structured mentoring and leadership coaching. Expect a consistent pipeline of files from established referral networks and the autonomy to shape your practice within a supportive environment.
