We're looking for a highly capable Senior Mobile Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help build high-quality mobile applications used in real production environments across both iOS and Android platforms.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex mobile challenges, taking ownership of production systems, and working across the full mobile lifecycle — from development and architecture discussions to release management, production monitoring, and continuous improvement.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, scalable, and user-focused mobile solutions while driving engineering excellence and product quality.
What You'll Do
* Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android
* Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
* Contribute to technical design discussions and scalable mobile architecture decisions
* Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
* Optimize app performance, stability, and user experience
Production Ownership
* Monitor live production applications and troubleshoot reported issues
* Handle hotfixes and urgent production incidents when needed
* Manage mobile release processes for App Store and Google Play
* Troubleshoot app submission/rejection issues and coordinate resubmissions
Technical Operations & Maintenance
* Maintain and upgrade mobile dependencies and SDKs
* Monitor platform policy changes and OS compatibility updates
* Manage certificates, provisioning profiles, and environment configurations
* Troubleshoot authentication flows, API integrations, and token/SSO-related issues
* Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
* Contribute to improving engineering standards and best practices
* Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have
* 5+ years of experience in mobile application development
* Hands-on experience with React Native for both iOS & Android
* Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
* Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations
* Experience with React Navigation or similar frameworks
* Hands-on experience with at least one native mobile platform: iOS (Swift, Xcode, CocoaPods) or Android (Java, Android Studio, Gradle)
* Experience releasing and maintaining production apps on App Store or Google Play
* Experience handling production incidents, hotfixes, and application monitoring
* Good communication skills in English
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
* Experience with both native platforms (iOS & Android)
* Experience working with PHP backend systems
* Experience with TypeScript
* Unit testing experience (Jest or similar)
* Push notification integration (FCM or similar)
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, App Center, or Azure DevOps
* Experience handling app store rejection/resubmission processes
* Experience building healthcare, field-service, or offline-first applications
* Experience with scheduling or calendar-based UI systems
