About the Role
Are you bursting with energy and love bringing smiles to people's faces? Aussie World is searching for a high-energy Team Leader to join our Sales & Attractions team - think Side Show Ally, Mini Golf and Clown Control This role will provide between 15-25 hours per week across Wed-Sun (EVERY WEEKEND) and School Holidays
By leading through example in customer service, motivating your team, and supporting supervisors, you will keep the outlet organised, productive, and guest-focused while providing reliable support to both staff and management.
Your Responsibilities
* Customer Service Excellence - Lead by example in deliver confident, energetic service to guests, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
* Outlet and staff presentation - Ensure the outlet is consistently clean, organised, and visually appealing. Uphold departmental presentation standards by ensuring staff are in correct uniforms or costumes, always demonstrating professionalism
* Inventory Mangement - Manage all inventory requirements for your location, including conducting regular stock takes to maintain accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
* Team engagement, training and support - Support team morale and set a positive tone by supporting and promoting collaboration within the team
* Communication and collaboration with management - Ensure effective communication throughout your shift by keeping OneNote updated with daily notes, feedback, budgets, and guest metrics
* Cash handling, Incident reporting - Accurately handle cash transactions, including opening and closing cash registers, reconciling daily sales. Promptly report and handle all incidents, including safety and guest concerns, according to company processes.

* Energetic & Confident – Able to engage and entertain people of all ages
* Comfortable working in some outdoors outlets
* Team-oriented and ready to bring the good vibes rain or shine
* Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual (with your own transport)
