Job Title: Infrastructure Leadership Role
This is a key senior leadership position that oversees the operational delivery of critical maintenance services across civil infrastructure, municipal facilities, fleet and plant, and fabrication.
The successful candidate will lead a large team of skilled and semi-skilled employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and sustainable outcomes that directly enhance the quality of life for the community.
Responsibilities:
* Lead operations for civil infrastructure maintenance, municipal facilities, fleet and plant, and fabrication.
* Manage and develop a large team of skilled and semi-skilled employees.
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient, and sustainable maintenance outcomes that benefit the community.
Qualifications:
* A recognized degree in Engineering (Civil or related discipline).
* Experience directly managing large, varied teams in a public sector body.
* Senior experience in infrastructure maintenance.
* Demonstrated experience leading teams in operational environments (civil works, utilities, infrastructure, etc.).
* Proven experience in civil asset maintenance and workshop operations.
* Excellent project management ability with a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental management.
* Strong budgetary and financial acumen, including contract management.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others; ability to prioritize and be solutions-focused.
