Job Title: Learning Designers
We are seeking a talented Learning Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that support our people and stakeholders.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning Designer to contribute to a major transformation that will have a lasting positive impact on New Zealanders. You will be responsible for creating engaging, accessible, and measurable learning solutions that align with programme priorities and adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Create blended learning solutions that meet the diverse needs of our audiences, including online modules, facilitated sessions, videos and other delivery methods
* Design and develop high-quality learning materials that are accessible, engaging and effective
* Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, stakeholders and other members of the learning team to deliver impactful and innovative learning solutions
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* Over 2 years of experience in designing and developing blended learning solutions, particularly within large-scale transformation or digital initiatives
* A strong understanding of adult learning principles with a proven ability to design and develop accessible, engaging and effective learning solutions
* Proficiency in using learning authoring tools and software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing and LMS platforms (Totara experience desirable)
