About you (key selection criteria)
Senior Accountant
• 4+ years' experience in Business Services, Tax, or Audit
• Relevant degree qualifications
• CPA or CA certification is a plus not essential – we offer study support and mentoring
• Strong technical and compliance expertise
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Leadership potential – management opportunities available for the right candidate
Accounting Manager
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Services and Tax
• Degree qualified in Accounting or a related discipline
• CPA or CA qualified - ongoing membership supported
• High level technical and compliance skills with strong understanding of and ability to apply Australian Accounting Standards and Australian Taxation Legislation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with demonstrated ability to set self and team priorities, manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small high-performing team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
