Office Manager – Permanent Part Time

The shop is buzzing with activity with exciting changes. We recently completed a full store re-fit of the showroom, warehouse and offices.
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and motivated person to join our busy team (just a short 15-minute drive from Mandurah, or a 30-minute low traffic commute on the freeway from Rockingham).
Our Office Manager is retiring in the coming months, and this is a great opportunity for someone experienced to oversee the office and to provide admin assistance to management and employees.
The position on offer is Permanent Part Time 25-hour week, with flexible days negotiable.
(Normally Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
🧰 Duties:
· Weekly payroll (from Deputy Roster to Pronto Payroll)
· Accounts Payable
· Accounts Receivable including Credit Control follow up
· Data entry and maintenance
· Handling office ad-hoc duties and other general admin tasks, as required
· Local HR support
đź’Ş Requirements:
· Payroll and Bookkeeping experience essential
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Pronto experience highly regarded
· Attention to detail and self-motivated
· Fantastic time management with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
· Able to work independently and in a team environment
· Friendly, outgoing and confident
