The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and commercially minded Key Account Manager to join our South Australian Aggregates team. This is more than a sales role - it's your chance to take ownership of a key region, grow relationships with major accounts, and help deliver the essential materials that shape Australia\'s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan aligned with budget targets.
- Strengthen long-term relationships to build loyalty and secure future business.
- Identify and pursue new business, product, and project opportunities.
- Achieve sales volume and pricing targets within your territory.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and business standards.
About You
You are relationship-driven, results-focused, and ready to own your territory. Ideally, you\'ll bring:
- Proven sales or account management experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or related sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential).
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a "can-do" mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and related systems.
