We are seeking a Career Development Coordinator who can help us coordinate and administer early career programs, including work experience, internship, and graduate programs, across the Australia & New Zealand region. This individual will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end deployment of early careers initiatives, including campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, internal and external collaboration, and recruitment activity.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent coordination and project management skills, with previous experience in HR/Talent Acquisition desired. You should have a proven background in delivering end-to-end deployment of early careers initiatives within a multinational organization.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer early career programs, including work experience, internship, and graduate programs.
* Develop and drive annual project plans, including campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, internal and external collaboration.
* Support recruitment activity, including gathering EOI for various programs from the business, attending industry events, coordinating recruitment activity in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team.
* Contribute to the success of the Early Careers Program by positioning and promoting Alstom at careers/graduate fairs, virtual expos/webinars, and online presence.
* Support the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives.
* Assist with social media contributions to Global Employer Branding strategy.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
* Excellent coordination and project management skills.
* Previous experience in HR/Talent Acquisition role desired.
* Proven background in delivering end-to-end deployment of early careers initiatives within a multinational organization.
* High-level interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain collaborative professional relationships internal and external stakeholders.
