* Coaching & Training Traders: Enhance the experience of each trader by leveraging your expertise and business knowledge.
* Regularly schedule meetings with managed traders to review their campaigns, aiming to improve performance and monitor delivery and margins.
* Bring commercial awareness to the Trading team.
* Work closely with Management to ensure clear and timely communication on campaign, industry, and team opportunities and risks.
* Recruit and train exceptional trading talent and provide continuous development for your team.
Margins & Retention Management:
* Monitor and manage margin and delivery across campaigns, as well as those managed by your team.
* Deliver outstanding campaign performance and client success across a broad portfolio of accounts.
* Troubleshoot and provide support on any campaign where technical issues arise.
* Manage workload and campaign distribution among team members.
* Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams, as well as relevant agencies, on campaign matters.
Process Invention, Deployment & Monitoring:
* Test new products and features from external partners and internal Product teams.
* Ensure efficient deployment and adherence to new and existing processes by all stakeholders.
* Encourage team-wide adoption of innovative targeting tactics, optimization methods, and best practices.
* Be a voice of reason within your pod and beyond, ensuring new initiatives are adopted across the broader Trading team.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in programmatic trading.
* Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem.
* High level of proficiency in at least one of Xandr Invest, DV360, or The Trade Desk.
* Previous management experience, overseeing at least 2 people.
* Desire to support and develop your team, providing growth opportunities.
* High level of organization and conscientiousness.
