Role Overview As an Associate Customer Service Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for established clients experiencing issues with Class's NowInfinity product. Your role involves providing excellent software application support and resolving problems within Service Level Agreements.You will join a fun, inclusive team with opportunities for career development within the Customer Service team or the wider organization. Responsibilities Answer and log customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly.Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex customer requests, escalating as necessary.Maintain strong customer relationships and provide outstanding support for the use of Class platforms.Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, help documentation, and training materials.Stay updated on Class platform features through training and resources.Report system issues, suggest enhancements, and provide product feedback following escalation procedures. Candidate Profile No specific qualifications required; a degree or certification in Accounting or IT is highly regarded.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.Troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and communicate solutions effectively. Desirable Skills Experience in accounting or help desk environments.Knowledge of ATO tax lodgements and ASIC requirements.Understanding of Australian Trust and Superannuation legislation.
