We are looking for a talented individual to prepare and present delicious dishes, showcasing variety and flair. As a Culinary Artist, you will work closely with restaurant employees to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present appetizing dishes within specified cost margins.
* Liaise with Restaurant staff regarding menu availability, additions, and changes.
* Ensure all working areas are clean and tidy, and report any issues to the Head Chef.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
* Demonstrated knife skills and ability to efficiently prepare large quantities of mise en place.
* Completion of Food Safety/Food Handling course preferred.
