The position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who is as comfortable on the boutique floor as they are managing operations, administration, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and develop boutique managers and their teams across multiple locations
* Ensure consistency in brand presentation, client service, and operational standards
* Drive sales performance and oversee the execution of clientelling initiatives and boutique events
* Manage daily operations, administration, and reporting requirements
* Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver national retail strategies
* Conduct regular interstate travel to maintain strong relationships with teams and ensure excellence across all sites
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, with multi-site management experience essential
* Strong understanding of luxury selling, clientelling, and in-store event execution
* Hands-on leadership style, comfortable working across boutique operations and head office functions
* Experience in opening new stores will be highly regarded
