A leading healthcare provider seeks an experienced Dentist to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality dental services to patients, including emergency treatments, general examinations and preventative treatments, restorations, minor oral surgical procedures, x-rays, extractions, root canal treatments and design/management of prosthodontics.
Liaising with senior dental officers, medical officers, nursing officers and specialist dental providers as needed, the Dentist will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive dental care.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide dental services to patients, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance with Defence policies and procedures.
* Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
* Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow up care.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity working two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
You will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the good oral health of personnel in accordance with Defence policies and procedures.
This role requires Australian Citizenship for Commonwealth Security Clearance purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian Citizenship for Commonwealth Security Clearance purposes.
* Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Dentist, General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Minimum 2 years full-time post graduate clinical chair-side experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent).
