Responsibilities
· Create a positive guest experience and deliver a high level of service
· Creating genuine and extraordinary moments in service and leadership
· A genuine interest in local produce and local events
· Ensure efficient restaurant operation
· Manage bookings and balance seat capacity
· Daily booking management and reconciliation
· Leading, training and mentoring the team
· Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
What you need
· 2+ yrs experience in the restaurant industry ideally within Tasmania
· RSA and ideally food handling certificate
· Excellent communication skills and team leading skills
· Outstanding service focus and the ability to impart that on the team
· Strong food and wine knowledge particularly of local Tasmanian produce
