You will be working for a WA based company who designs, engineers and manufactures a comprehensive range of mobile LED light towers for use in the mining, quarrying, oil & gas and construction industries and for illuminating night time work sites.
They have a strong vision to become the world's most successful manufacturer of LED light towers by implementing innovative, problem solving and cost-effective ideas to meet the requirements of their customers.
Duties Include:
- Prepare customer quotations for spare parts and enter all details into the system
- Provide effective and efficient customer service
- Manage and maintain records, purchase orders, quotes and warranty queries
- Liaise with other departments as costing updates are required and ensure customers are kept up to date on their orders.
**The Successful Applicant**:
To enable you too hit the ground running and excel in your role, You will ideally need to have the following
- Previous administration and data entry experience
- Previous Automotive experience providing sales/and or technical support within the truck and trailer, automotive or similar industry would be a big advantage
- Be Customer Service focused
- Willingness to learn about the industry and develop new skills
