Stockroom Specialist - Bayside Factory Outlet
We are on the lookout for an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join our Bayside Factory Outlet team located in Frankston, VIC.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with stockroom/warehouse experience who are wanting to join a global brand and hone their people, product and merchandise skills to deliver operational excellence in an adidas concept store.

Responsibilities
* Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
* Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Factory Outlet experience.
* Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximising the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability and efficiency.
* Supports and coordinates the receiving and stock prep process for deliveries, collaborating with the back-of-house team to maximise resources appropriately for efficient receipt of products.
* Sustains integrity of inventory within the store by implementing correct stock accuracy procedures as well as undertaking weekly inventory cycle counts.
* Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience
* Senior team member in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear, preferably in a warehouse or stockroom capacity
Working Hours
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
