We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service at our youth club. This role involves responding to member inquiries, upselling and cross-selling products and services, and preparing point of sale devices.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to member enquiries and provide advice and information
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Prepare point of sale devices including cash registers and electronic swipe devices
* Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience in customer service or sales
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates or ability to obtain
* Qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation or similar (nice to have but not required)
