Workshop Coordinator
An industry-leading organisation is seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator within the South East of Melbourne. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating, managing workshop schedules, and ensuring parts and resources are aligned to meet customer delivery commitments.

As Workshop Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of workshop activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and prioritising product builds and workshop activities
Coordinating labour resources, including technicians and contractors
Ensuring parts availability aligns with build schedules
Liaising with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
Monitoring workflow progress and ensuring delivery targets are met
Supporting a strong safety-first culture across the workshop

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in a workshop coordination, planning, or supervisory role
Background in heavy equipment, manufacturing, or technical workshop environments
Strong scheduling, planning, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Proficiency with scheduling or maintenance systems (Tech Savvy)
