Estate Administration and Planning Lawyer | 2–3+ years PAE | Gold Coast

The opportunity
Join a strong and well-resourced Estates team in a role focused on Estate Planning and Administration, with the option to incorporate Litigation work if desired.
You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers and gain direct client exposure from the outset, supported by an approachable leadership team that encourages growth and collaboration.
Your day to day
Advise on complex Estate Planning and Administration matters including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Directives and Testamentary Trusts
Manage client relationships with professionalism, empathy and confidence
Collaborate with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Estates practice through thought leadership and innovation
About you
Minimum 2–3 years PAE in Wills and Estates (more senior candidates are welcome to apply)
Confident managing matters end-to-end with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication and drafting skills, with a genuine interest in this area of law
Professional, approachable and team-oriented
