Our organization is seeking a Physiotherapist to join its Community Care team in Gladstone.
Key Responsibilities
* The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardio-respiratory issues.
* Visiting community clients to conduct assessments and provide interventions that are goal-oriented and client-centered.
* Generating personalized home exercise programs to support clients' self-care and rehabilitation independence.
* Conducting mobility assessments and providing interventions to maintain, improve, or rehabilitate clients' function within their home and community environments.
* Reporting to case managers about clients' conditions, providing recommendations, and making referrals to other health professionals as needed for comprehensive care.
* Applying for mobility aids through government-funded programs like MASS, GEAT2GO, and NDIS.

The following requirements must be met by the successful candidate: current Police Screening Certificate, current registration with AHPRA, current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card, Queensland driver's license, First Aid and CPR certification, proof of immunity or willingness to be vaccinated against MMR, Varicella, and Pertussis, and good computer and mobile device skills.
