About the role
In this crucial role, you will lead the warehouse and distribution teams in increasing productivity, quality and efficiency in our Operations system. To create and maintain a healthy work environment and provide support. To ensure daily targets are met and to improve the Operations system where needed.
Role Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Charmhaven, New South Wales, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Regional Manager - Central Coast
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in warehousing and operations managerial level – preferably in a fast-moving environment
* Strong leadership skills to lead warehouse and distribution teams in responsibilities and organizational control
* Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
* Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
* History of compliance with safety regulations and best practice safety in a warehouse setting
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage all warehousing process, stock, inventory and delivery fleet vehicles
* Lead and support the warehouse and distribution team in a fast-moving environment
* Monitor and ensure effectiveness of warehouse equipment and maintenance
* Follow workplace safety and OH&S rules and ensure staff are following as well
* Ensure goods inwards & outwards efficiency and quality control
