**About the role**
Reporting to the Dulux Trade Customer Growth Manager, you will be responsible to design strategy and roadmap for customer loyalty and community programs.
Your primary focus is to develop plans for customer acquisition and execute through direct and indirect teams as well as being responsible for two major Dulux Trade loyalty programs; Dulux Rewards & Dulux Accredited.
Based out of Clayton with flexible working options, you will partner and work with various teams and drive customer retention and growth initiatives to deliver our business aspirations.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and draw insights from the behavioural & purchase data to identify market opportunities and business risks
- End to end project management of loyalty program operations, including campaigns, promotions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing external partner relationships and deliverables.
- Drive the marketing technologies and capitalise on the database marketing to maximise our wallet share

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in marketing with an ability to demonstrate accountability for developing commercial plans and delivering financial outcomes
- Demonstrated experience as a customer retention specialist/brand management across Trade facing businesses is preferable.
- Excellent database / CRM knowledge and expertise in data analysis
- Ability to work in a complex, large organisation
