About Your New Role
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for various duties, including:
* Building effective relationships with management and employees to coach and influence.
* Participating in Leadership meetings to develop and implement strategies and business plans.
* Partnering with business managers on employment matters such as performance management, inquiries, and complaints.
* Conducting investigations to manage and resolve violations or grievances.
* Working with the Leadership Team to identify talent and develop succession planning.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Extensive experience as a HR Generalist with strong knowledge of Employee/Labour relations.
* Proven experience in business planning, performance management, and change management skills.
* Knowledge and experience with compensation & benefits, employment law, and labour relations.
* Superior communication, interpersonal, and prioritisation skills.
