Warwick Friendly Society is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Warwick, QLD. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our pharmacy. What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Assisting with day-to-day tasks, such as customer service, membership queries, stock management, and cashier duties
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing script requests
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards in the performance of your duties
* Supporting the wider pharmacy team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business
What we're looking for
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work
* Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the pharmacy and its customers
* A team-oriented attitude and the willingness to support your colleagues as needed
* Prior Pharmacy experience highly valued
