**The Division**

The Customer Strategy and Technology team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.

**The opportunity**

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a** **Manager, Marketing Programs & Account Services** to join us in the Brand and Marketing team within the Customer Strategy and Technology branch.
- Acting as the central account management team for Brand and Marketing. Being the first point of contact for internal clients requiring brand and marketing services.
- Supporting the Marketing and Brand team by providing project management support across projects spanning multiple functions.
- Effectively manage a high performing team who can balance complex needs and priorities while being proactive and meeting future needs in an innovative way.
- Partner with the Senior Manager to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that support an agile way of working while delivering on business needs and priorities
- Leveraging their experience, knowledge of the business and critical thinking skills to provide strategic advice and guidance to leaders, partners and key stakeholders across the division
- Managing and overseeing the development of engaging, impactful and targeted content that resonates with key audience groups, in turn driving engagement that builds relationships and ultimately achieves business outcomes.

**About you**

Ideally, you've worked in a similar role before, and demonstrate a solid capacity in delivering multiple projects within work programs, including engaging, impactful and targeted content that resonates with key audience groups, in turn driving engagement that builds relationships and ultimately achieves business outcomes. Exposure to producing high quality marketing, advertising and branding campaigns along with managing stakeholders expectations would be an essential. Ability to manage and consult on the most appropriate and effective use of communications style, channels, timing and branding to support marketing and communications objectives would be essential for you to be successful in this role.

We are looking for someone who can partner and influence key stakeholders to ensure delivery of best practice marketing programs. You would be required to carry out risk assessments and mitigate project risks through collaboration and by working closely with the Senior Manager.

Essential requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management and/or demonstrated equivalent experience in managing marketing and branding programs or multiple interdependent projects.
- Extensive experience in implementing marketing and advertising strategies at senior levels within an organisation through various activities, channels, and teams across a diverse organisation
- Proven record of success in managing strategic relationships in a complex and dynamic operating environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in preparing project related documents and reports.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in an environment focused on customer service.
