The Role
You'll oversee finishes across apartments and common areas from rough-in through to final handover. That means managing detailed fit-out packages, sequencing services trades, maintaining workmanship standards, and ensuring a smooth path to completion. You'll be hands-on in the field, problem-solving, motivating trades, and upholding safety and quality benchmarks while keeping the program moving.

Responsibilities
* Manage apartment and common-area finishes packages (joinery, tiling, flooring, ceilings, carpentry)
* Sequence trades and align delivery to program milestones
* Monitor quality and compliance against design specifications
* Drive defect prevention and manage rectification prior to handover
* Support reporting, scheduling, and client walk-throughs
* Uphold safety, organisation, and professionalism across active zones
You
* Background with Tier 2 or 3 builders on multi-level residential or mixed-use projects
* Proven track record managing finishes and fit-out works on complex builds
* Confident in sequencing, coordination, and maintaining quality under pressure
* Hands-on, calm, and solutions-focused leader who leads by example
* Strong communicator who builds dependable relationships with trades
* Proficient with construction software (Procore or similar experience valued)
