Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload. They will also have a proactive attitude, a genuine passion for working in the disability sector, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments. You will then interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
You will work collaboratively with other clinicians to deliver timely and effective services, and will have opportunities to mentor and nurture early career clinicians. A strong understanding of current legislation and compliance requirements is essential.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services

* Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
* Maintain awareness of current legislation and compliance requirements
* Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
