About the Role
We are seeking Retail Supervisors to join our team located in Australind, WA! Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!
Responsibilities
- Retail Supervisors responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety
- Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values
- Ensuring that customer receive prompt service and quality goods and services; Responding to customer queries and complaints about goods and services
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
- Employee management (interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, performance management, dismissing, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances)
- Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
- Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
- Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
- Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
About you
- Previous experience (1 year or more) in a management/supervisory role
- AQF Certificate II or III
- Solid analytical and problem solving
- Strong communication skills
Salary range $68,835 - $80,000 dependent on experience
