We now have an opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills to join our Sydney studio to showcase their experience. Immediate start.About the roleYou will work alongside the Project Director on complex medium and large scale mixed-use and multi-residential projects from concept design through to completion. You will demonstrate strong management skills across all stages of the project. You enjoy working in a highly collaborative and creative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Project Director on complex medium and large-scale projects, and coordinate and manage expectations with all stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and builders.Coordinate and attend client and sub-consultant meetings and report back to the broader Team.Manage different project stages including conceptualisation, schematic design, tender, construction documentation, CC and site attendance.Effectively convey and communicate design concepts through 2D and 3D drawings for presentations and reports.Manage, organise and coordinate complex Revit files for large scale projects.Work closely with the Project Director on the analysis of information, production of designs and client presentations.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and graduates, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.Oversee the production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications as part of a broader team.Participate in design competitions to showcase the firm's creative capabilities and expand the project portfolio.What you will bring to the team10+ years experience in design and delivery of complex medium and large-scale mixed-use and multi-residential projects (Concept, DA, tender, construction documentation, CC, site attendance).Thorough understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, Design and Building Practitioners Act, technical drawings and construction knowledge.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with people skills.Architect registration.If you are interested to join our team, please email your CV and portfolio (max. 10MB) with the role you are applying for as the subject header to .All applications are treated confidentially.
