About the Role
This position involves overseeing daily logistics operations including vehicle movements, deliveries, and equipment transfers across multiple sites.
* Manage scheduling, track logistics activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate fleet servicing, and support operational requirements.
* Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and compliant operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate transport schedules, inventory levels, and delivery documentation.
* Coordinating maintenance and servicing for the logistics fleet.
* Monitoring logistics performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Assisting with procurement, stock control, and operational supplies.
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and organisational policies.
* Supporting emergency or unplanned logistics needs as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
