360HR Technical is partnering with Devika, a leading digital product consultancy, to recruit two key hires, a Product Manager and a Delivery Manager.
This is an opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, contributing to to either what gets built or how it’s delivered, within a high-performing and fast-paced environment, known for producing high quality products beginning to end.
Core Responsibilities:
* Work closely with clients to understand goals, requirements, and priorities
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across design and engineering
* Maintain clear visibility of scope, progress, and deliverables
* Identify risks early and drive solutions proactively
* Ensure strong communication and alignment across stakeholders
Product Manager:
* Support and guide clients to define product requirements, features, and priorities
* Translate user and business needs into structured deliverables
* Contribute to product planning and roadmap development
* Support decision-making on what to build and why
Delivery Manager:
* Manage timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes
* Lead sprint planning, reviews, and release cycles
* Maintain control of scope and manage changes effectively
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
A bit about You:
* 2–5 years’ experience in Product, Delivery, Customer/Client Success, or Project roles within digital/software environments
* Strong understanding of software development and delivery processes
* Experience working with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused
