As a Senior Advisor, you will:
* Provide expert HR advice and case management support across grievances, complaints, misconduct, and performance matters.
* Guide the implementation of the enterprise agreement, policies, and procedures.
* Partner with managers to develop and implement workforce strategies that foster positive performance and behaviour.
* Lead workplace enquiries and reviews, delivering evidence-based findings and recommendations.
* Champion continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery.

Key Duties
* Deliver specialist HR advice and support across a range of workforce matters.
* Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to influence and drive HR outcomes.
* Conduct and oversee workplace investigations and performance management processes.
* Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and correspondence.
* Support supervisor capability through training and coaching.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People Services.
* Stay informed on legislative changes and APS employment frameworks.
Essential:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Desirable:
* Qualifications in HR, workplace relations, or a related discipline.
* AHRI membership or certification.
* Experience in coaching, mediation, or investigations.
* Certificate IV in Government Investigations.
* Knowledge of APS employment frameworks and legislation.
