Senior Aged Care Nurse
The position requires a highly skilled and compassionate senior nurse to provide top-quality care to residents in an aged care facility.
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs by conducting thorough assessments and monitoring their progress regularly.
* Provide clinical leadership and excellent assessment skills to ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families through effective communication and empathy.
* Liaise closely with medical professionals and allied health experts to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of care services.
* Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to help them develop their skills and confidence in delivering high-quality care.

Requirements:

* Current registration with AHPRA and a relevant nursing degree.
