Seeking an individual with a robust background in safety management, high-risk environments, or substantial experience within large-scale industries. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of navigating intricate subject matter alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), distilling complex content into comprehensible learning materials.
Responsibilities:
4. Design and develop training programs using instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and multimedia tools.
5. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives, content, and delivery methods.
6. Develop and deliver training materials in various formats including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, virtual training, and job aids.
7. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Develop and maintain training materials and job aids.
9. Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to determine training needs.
10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in instructional design and training.
Requirements:
11. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or related field.
12. Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and training development.
13. Experience with Adobe and HTML5 content creation
14. Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and multimedia tools.
15. Experience in developing and delivering training programs in various formats.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
17. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
18. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools.
